GOOD QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Where does my plan come from?

Shane built the exercise standards, weekly layouts and progression used in every Main Event Muscle program. Your questionnaire tells him which choices fit you.

Does Shane personally review every plan?

Shane receives your information and sets the rules behind every plan. Standard questionnaires follow those rules. Safety concerns and needs outside the normal questions are held for his review, and you can reply directly if anything needs attention.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Tell Shane what you have. Your plan will use that equipment and include practical substitutions.

What if I have an injury?

Report it honestly. Your plan may be paused while Shane reviews the concern, and you may need appropriate medical guidance before training.
